Our Clients
Refund & Cancellation Policy
D & M Notary Of Michigan / In & Out Lab Solutions, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and mobile services. Because our time and travel are reserved specifically for each client, the following refund policy applies to all services.
Appointment Cancellations
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee or may forfeit the deposit.
Mobile Travel Fees
• Travel and convenience fees are non-refundable once the notary, collector, or technician has been dispatched.
Completed Services
• Once a service has been performed (notarization, specimen collection, fingerprinting), no refunds will be issued, even if the documents or test results are later rejected by a third party.
Errors & Service Issues
If an error is made on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it at no additional charge. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where the service cannot be corrected.
Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents, IDs, and testing requirements are correct prior to the appointment.
